Bob came in at 25% the price of the highest estimate we got. The work was done as promised, on time and on budget. I have since moved and will not hesitate to call Sahara back for more work.
Sahara Waterproofing Recommended!
Sahara Waterproofing worked on my basement the end of June 2010. It took four days of work and they worked 6.30 AM to 4.30 PM. Bob, his teen-age son, and his polite, hard-working crew scraped down the crumbling walls, put up new mesh, re-cemented and installed a french drain system. A week later, after the new cement had dried, Bob came back to re-installed my washer/dryer and built my sink a new stand because the old one had a lot of rust. As of this writing at the end of July 2010 everything is great in my basement. My impression is that the company did a FIRST CLASS job at a VERY competitive price. I am excited to have a water-proofed basement. Recommended!
Wonderful service
My basement was flooded and I hired Sahara Waterproofing to fix the issue back in September. Not only did they fix the issue but Bobby and company provided great service and never hesitated to answer my questions and educated me on what they were doing and what to expect when it rains. Very nice people, wonderful service, like I had friends working on my basement. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sahara Waterproofing to anyone else who has basement leakage problems. Great job guys!
Did two jobs for me
Sahara redid the stone and plaster basement walls in our 120+ year old Victorian in Wycote a few years ago using wire lathe and two layers of cement and recently used them tp put in a french drain system in a small Cape Cod rental property we own in Lansdale. The price was extremely competitive and the workmanship excellent. Bobby, the owner has extensive experience in both of these areas and is on the job site at all times. His workers are competent, professional and hard working. You will have the job planned out, organized and done correctly without short cuts and be pleased with the work and the manner in which it was undertaken and completed.
Basement Waterproofing
After seeing what a great job Bobby of Sahara Waterproofing did in my neighbor's basement, I decided to have him do mine. I had put this job off for quite some time, had other estimates, but was glad in the end that Bobby and his men did the work. My basement walls and floor were a mess with disintegration and flaking everywhere but in just a few days, everything was clean and it looked like a new basement. Lastly, he applied an epoxy paint on the floor and it is really beautiful. Bobby is very reliable and trustworthy and was here from start to finish. I recommend him highly and want to thank him for making my basement a pleasure to be in!
basement walls parged & moldy musty smell
my walls were moldy, and the dirt was flaking off the walls. my walls were down to the bare stone. and the dirt was accumulating on the floor, the house is 100 years old. Sahara waterproofing came in, and removed all of the mold, and the moldy, musty smell in my basement. bobby packed out all the holes in my walls with cement, and used a wire lath, and then a scratch coat of cement, and then the finish coat of cement, the walls look fantastic, and smooth. no more dirt on the floor, and moldy and musty smell, in my basement. Sahara waterproofing turned my dark and dingy cellar into a livable basement. once again i like to thank bobby from Sahara waterproofing, for doing a fantastic job.

I knew i would hire bob as soon as we discussed my basement problems. I ve had other waterproofing companies at my house, and i couldnt take the salesman mumbo jumbo. i could tell that these guys never worked in the construction field. just high pitched salesman thats it. the higher they sell, the more money they make. and then after the salesman leaves, here comes the subcontractors to do the work. that was a real turn off for me. bob from sahara waterproofing does not hire subcontractors. he is the owner and is on the jobsite from start to finish. so i highly recomend sahara waterproofing, for all your concrete, stucco, and basement waterproofing projects.
