Dear Bobby,

I just wanted to drop you a line to let you know how delighted Joanne and I am with the fantastic job you and your crew did waterproofing our basement. As you know, our basement was a mess. Whenever there was just a drop of rain or snow we got wet. It got to the point where we had a major mold problem and the finished walls were warped and smelled.

You and your staff were incredible when it came to ripping out the old walls to the stone foundation and removing the entire mold, and bleached and sealed the walls. We were very impressed with how you treated our home with respect and how much you cleaned up after each day.

It has been nearly seven month's and not one drop of water. You did a great job. Not only do I think so, so does the Cheltenham Building Inspector. He was at our home issuing us a building permit abd said the waterproofing job was done right and under code.

I would like to take this time to thank you for the excellent job you did waterproofing the crawl space at my house. You and your men did an excellent job in tight working conditions. I was surprised that it took you such a short period of time working in such a small enclosed area.

Since you completed the waterproofing in the crawl space, I've had no problems with any mildew or water buildup in that crawl space. This has extremely helped my wife's allergies.
